Here we have the 2019 release of the Distillers Edition from the Dalwhinnie Distillery! The Highland single malt was distilled in 2004 and went through a double maturation in Oloroso sherry casks, before bottling in 2019 in a limited release.

Nose: Toffee apple and dark chocolate-dipped berries, with pear tart appearing.
Palate: Malty biscuit notes, with forest fruit coulis, floral honey and cinnamon.
Finish: A hint of barrel char, with candied walnut and blackberry jam.
