The No.6 bottling in Hyde’s range is made with a blend of Irish single malt and Irish single grain whiskey, which has been married together and allowed a finishing period in sherry casks before being bottled at 46% ABV. Punchy fruit sweetness with plenty of vanilla to back it up.

Nose: Honey on toast, malt loaf and a touch of coffee bean.
Palate: Fresh red berries and baked apple. Gingerbread, cedar.
Finish: Creamy vanilla and a prickle of clove.
