A blend of pot still and grain Irish whiskeys, the Bow Street 18 Year old from Jameson has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks. Aromas of rich oak, melting butter, toffee pennies, cinnamon, green grass, plum compote and bitter herbs fill the nose. The palate offers notes of caramel chocolate, butterscotch, oak and leather that develop into brambles, black cherry and coriander.
