M&H Milk and Honey Elements Series – Peated Cask

A subtly smoky single malt all the way from Tel Aviv, produced by the Milk & Honey Distillery. This expression was released as part of the Elements Series, which shows off the impact that cask choices can have on a whisky’s flavour profile. For example, this one was aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Islay whisky casks, the latter of which imparted that aforementioned subtle smokiness.
