Nose: Bright stone fruit sweetness, with salty smoke slowly building.
Palate: Toasted sugar leading into charred oak and dried earth, but never knocking you over with a big blast of fiery peat. Tangy mango, peach and a little hint of honey.
Finish: Waxy peels, salted caramel and clove.
