A 6 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich’s esteemed Octomore range – for this expression from the Octomore 10 series, the barley used was from a single field on a single Islay farm! It was aged fully in American oak casks and bottled after half a dozen years at 61.3% ABV. The Octomore 10 series explores ‘softer smoke’, and as such, was peated just to 114PPM.
