Bladnoch is a distillery with a cult following for a reason. Attracted by the total freedom given to him by its trailblazing owner, David Prior, Master Distiller Nick Savage left Macallan and seized the opportunity to try out his own ideas in Bladnoch, and they’ve been producing delicious whiskies.

The Master Distiller’s Waterfall Collection are five very special annual releases personally supervised by Dr. Nick Savage. Its purpose is to highlight the journey that their whisky takes to mature its flavours and character. The whiskies are all aged similarly but finished differently, allowing us to compare them. We are now on to the third release.

Bladnoch Master Distiller’s Waterfall Collection – Batch #3 – 2022 Edition is a Lowland single malt, aged in bourbon and intense oloroso sherry casks and finished in port pipes.

It has flavours of dates, ginger, apricot and vanilla and comes at a strength of 47% ABV.

It is natural colour and non-chill filtered.

This is one of only 1000 bottles.
