OUR SHIPPING

You can select the following collection/shipping options:

  • Local Service Area: (Covers: Johannesburg, Sandton, Midrand, Centurion, Pretoria, Brits, Rustenburg, Hartbeespoort, Magaliesburg, Krugersdorp, Randfontein, Westonaria, Carletonville, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, Parys, Heidelberg, Springs & Nigel).
    Next Business Day Delivery by 5 pm – Monday  to Friday (additional 24 – 48 hours on outlying areas.)
  • National Service Area: (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Kimberly, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Welkom, Witbank)
    Economy Road – 2 to 3 Business Days by 5 pm – Monday to Friday (additional 24 – 48 hours on outlying areas.)
  • Local Pickup: from Bottega Parkhurst, 22d 4th Avenue, Parkhurst, Gauteng
 
 

This time frame is for orders going to all major cities, please note additional 24 hours in outlying areas.
Delivery is done – business days only and not on weekends or public holidays.


SHIPPING COSTS

When placing orders, your Shipping Charge will be:

  • Local Service Area: Gauteng @ R125 per order
  • National Service Areas: Other Provinces @ R165 per order

This Shipping Charge will be automatically added to your order.

 
SHIPPING TIME
We want you to have your purchase as quickly as possible and endeavour to ship as fast as we can. The Courier Guy is the shipping company used. We estimate that orders should take 1-3 working days to reach you under regular conditions & additional 24 – 48  business hours in outlying areas. However, it is difficult to guarantee exact delivery times.

With every order placed you will receive The Courier Guy waybill number that allows you to track the delivery progress of your order. The Courier Guy will email the status of your order.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE 

We do not have a Returns & Exchange Policy.
