This second fill ex-sauterne cask has shaped the spirit beautifully over ten years to display the wonderful combination of rich french oak and wonderfully fruity, floral Bruichladdich spirit. The cask has spend it’s life here in warehouse six breathing in the maritime air.

Region: Islay
Taste: Enters with a strong and filling burn, before some oak spices takes over. With the addition of water it quickly becomes easier to drink, and the peat comes through better. A slightly citric taste lies beneath.
