MATURATION PROFILE: A base of Octomore aged in first fill bourbon (50%) was layered with spirit aged in Pineau des Charentes casks (15%), second fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts (25%) and first fill red wine casks (10%). All casks were blended and left to marry for the final six months of aging before bottling.
