Yellowstone Select, Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Limited 2023

Yellowstone has been one of Kentucky’s favourite whiskies since 1872. The Mellow mash name has always been a Yellowstone exclusive, identifying only the very smoothest bourbon to bear the Yellowstone name. Limestone continues to honour that tradition with their celebrated annual release of Limited-Edition Straight Bourbon Whiskey. For the 2023 Release, they offer a delicately balanced blend of 7-year, 13-year, and 16-year bourbons, finished in Hungarian Tokaji wine casks. Tokaji is a world renowned and famed traditional sweet wine from Northern Hungary.
