Glengoyne’s 15 year old strikes the perfect balance between sweet bourbon cask character and rich, fruity sherry notes. There isn’t a peep of peat to be found in this Highland single malt Scotch whisky, which uses air-dried barley in its kilning process.

Nose: Hints of candied lemon and a touch of butterscotch. Creamy cereal sweetness and dried fruits, with Demerara sugar.
Palate: Oily, rich palate entry with notes of toffee popcorn, salted butter and hints of ground walnuts. Allspice and lemon rinds, and baked apple.
Finish: Oaky, malty finish.
