Maturation: Refill American oak hogshead then 9 to 12 months finish in cognac hogshead.
Cask: 1st Fill Cognac Hogshead.
ABV: 54.6% abv, bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and natural colour.

Nose: Homemade apricot jam and rich apple sauce intermingle with creamy vanilla and caramel
Taste: Candied ginger, juicy orange, and oak spice
Finish: A hint of ground almond to finish
