Nikka Miyagikyo Malty & Soft Cask Strength Distillery Release

The Miyagikyo distillery was founded in 1969 in Sendai and it’s the second distillery that Nikka owns. This particular expression is highly sort after and only available at the distillery in Sendai, Japan once a year upon its release. It is part of a series of ‘Key Malts’ displaying the difference that can be made to whisky through the creative use of wood. Magnificent!

This bottle is a Japanese single malt from the Miyagikyo distillery and forms part of the Key Malts series. It is only available for sale at the distillery and supplies are very limited.
