The whiskey aged in a combo of bourbon barrels as well as casks seasoned with oloroso sherry, cream sherry, and ruby Port chosen by master blender David McCabe.

Nose: Sweet notes of red fruits and hedgerow berries, candied cherries, dried figs, and honeyed dates.
Palate: Characterful layers of tannic oak balance rich, fruit-forward sweetness, with juicy sultanas, blackberries, and plums.
Finish: Those dark fruit notes linger alongside hints of marzipan and warming oaken spice.
