As one of our oldest single malts, this precious 30-year-old dram is the pearl in our shell. Like the abundant shellfish slumbering beneath the surface of Bunnahabhain Bay, it offers hidden depths – and delightful treasures that can only be enjoyed once opened. And just like that rich undersea harvest, each drop takes patience and perseverance to perfect; three decades of watching and waiting, a unique character shaped by salt-rich air swirling above gently lapping waves. Every dram is matured in ex-sherry casks under the watchful eye of our Distillery Manager. Only when it is fully formed is it freed from its coastal cocoon; its once-hidden bounty ready to be revealed and revered.
