The casks used specifically, were ex-bourbon barrels, virgin American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry casks from Spain.

Nose: Sweet with sherry and dried nuts. Subtle woody notes and deep barley undertones.
Palate: Vanilla, honey and cake spice with the ceral notes still there and a hint of peat.
