Triple Mash is a Bottled-in-Bond whiskey, which means that it must be distilled by a single distiller during a single distillation season, matured in a government bonded warehouse for at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). All those regulations are met by every whiskey Jack Daniel’s will launch in its Bonded Series, which kicked off with this beauty as well as its Bonded Bottling.
Nose: Warming oak, petrichor, vanilla, and toffee apples.
Palate: Honey on granary toast, dried fruit, and baking spice join the party.
Finish: Rye spice tingles away for a while.
