Aromas of salty baked okra and collard greens, chestnuts, and dried tropical fruit follow through on a round entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with candied yams, prunes and sweet baking spice notes. Finishes with a warming white pepper, silt, and wet sandalwood fade. Very earthy and rustic. Silver Medal.
