Nose: Rich and fragrant toffee and fruit cake. Malty with a hint of smoke.
Palate: Full-bodied and mellow. Beautifully balanced rich smokiness with ginger marmalade, sweet honeyed fruit and pepper.
Finish: Spicy and smoky, long-lasting and satisfying.
